We’re in a hurry to say sorry. We apologize for the wrong thing.
This hurts the other person even more, because they feel that we never understood them.
You can’t rush the other person to forgive you. Seek forgiveness and give it time.
Any feeling you get, don't fight it. Just let it consume you. It's like a game of chess with your mind.
The more you fight it or engage your mind with it, the stronger it gets. The more you accept it, you'll be calmer and it'll fade away sooner.
